Crowdfund Investing – The Future of Startup Financing


The force and voice behind the drive to make Crowdfund Investing (aka equity-based crowdfunding) legal.  Crowdfund Investing (CFI) is the future of seed and growth financing for startups and entrepreneurs.  It uses the advances in technology, the Internet and Social Media to allow an entrepreneur to raise a limited amount of capital from his friends, family & community under a framework that provides for investor protection.  It is local vesting and community vetting where only the winning ideas receive not only funding but shared knowledge, experience and marketing power. 



Me parece que en Canarias (y también en España) sería muy fácil poner en marcha una iniciativa similar. Se trata de crear una exención fiscal para todos aquellos que pongan hasta 10.000€ en apoyo a la creación de nuevas empresas. ¿Por qué no apoyar en Canarias una medida similar y que por ejemplo fuera posible hacer que - más fácilmente- todo el que quisiera pudiera apoyar la emprendeduría teniendo ventajas fiscales o pudiendo aplicar RIC, por ejemplo?


¿Qué les parece la idea? Estaríamos incentivando el crowdfunding y los business angels que tanto brillan por su ausencia en nuestro archipiélago, y ya que los bancos no ayudan pues necesitamos inventar otros que sí lo hagan.
